Yes, we would not permit anyone without a valid and current motorcycle license to hire motorcycles and scooters. This is in the best interest of everyone and to prevent motorcycle accidents in NIUE.
Yes, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD over the counter and through our online facility on this website.
Visas are not required by bona fide tourists staying less than 30 days with return or onward tickets and sufficient funds for the duration of travel to NIUE. Automatic 30 days entry permits are granted upon arrival. Applications for extended stays/temporary residence must be submitted before arrival directly to the Immigration Department.
Not yet - however you can use your credit card to withdraw cash at the Kiwibank outlet located in town and at the NIUE Rentals office in Alofi North.
Yes, we have standard insurance on all our vehicles - terms and conditions apply. Other insurance options and their costs are: Excess NZ$2,500.00 - $0/Day (Standard Insurance), Excess NZ$1,500.00 - $10/Day, Excess NZ$1000.00 - $15/Day, Excess $NZ$0 - $25.00/Day.
No, all hirers must be 21 years and over to sign our rental agreement at the commencement of hire.
As of 31/01/2019 our roads needs urgent repair. A disaster of potholes makes it difficult and frustrating for our visitors to enjoy our paradise to the fullest. We recommend renting high raised vehicles to avoid damages and the costs that comes with it.
Departure tax is NZ$80 and is inclusive in your airline tickets. Children under twelve (12) years of age are exempt.
