SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY All our vehicles are serviced and maintained on a regular basis by an experienced and certified mechanic. All vehicles are also fitted with "Brand New Tyres" 100 SAFETY RECORD WITH TOURISTS To date all vehicles hired by bona fide tourists are returned with minor (scratches) or no damage whatsoever - "KEEP IT UP" and THANK YOU TO ALL OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS CUSTOMER LIABILITYDue to high cost of insurance and lack of insurance coverage in particular CDW and LDW (Collision Damage Waiver and Loss Damage Waiver) we are not able to obtain appropriate insurance for our rental vehicles and motorbikes. For this reason we are not able to offer insurance coverage of any sort to all our valuable customers. The best insurance of all is to DRIVE SAFELY and ensure that you are fully aware of the road and traffic rules applicable in NIUE. In the event of an accident, hirers and/ or drivers are required to report to the Police within 24 hours of the accident. Hirers are liable for any damage to the hired vehicle whilst on hire and/or in their possession. 4 Wheel Drives ~ Max $5,000 Vans/ Minicoaches ~ Max $5,000 Vehicles ~ Max $4,000 Motorbikes ~ Max $2,000 Bicycles ~ Max $250 Whilst hirers' are restricted to 21 years and over, drivers under 21 may register or sign as additional drivers under the agreement (hirers' discretion is advised). In the event that an accident and or damage to the vehicle is caused whilst the hirer and/ or driver is under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, the hirer is responsible for all injuries and all costs incurred, including reparation and replacement cost to any third parties. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
